![]() Bit for rotary-percussive drilling
专利摘要:
The invention relates to a drilling technique and allows speeding up the discharging of drilling fines by eliminating the sticking of large pieces of broken rock. The bit (D) has a body (K) 1 with a shank 2. At the working end K 1, there are radial direction 4 protrusions on which carbide inserts 5 are mounted in one row. Transverse 4 are extending from center to periphery D channels 6. On the outer side surface K 1, longitudinal open channels 7 expanding from the working end to the shank 2 are made. K 1 has a purge channel 3 extending into one of the channels 6. The protrusions 4 can either be rotated relative to the radius against the direction of rotation D either bend uty in the same direction. At the same time, the channels 7 are partially cut into the protrusions 4. Between the channels 7, a reverse cutting tooth 8 with a blade 9, oriented opposite to the working face and having thicknesses, decreasing from the working face to the shank 2 can be made. The 4 drill fines are forcibly moved along channels 6 to the periphery D and further to channels 7, which, in combination with the action of the blowing agent, ensures quick and complete removal of the small detail from the bottom of the well without its additional regrinding. 4 hp f-ly, 6 ill. 公开号:SU1560061A3 申请号:SU874203368 申请日:1987-09-18 公开日:1990-04-23 发明作者:Трейтц Зигфрид 申请人:Зигфрид Трейти (DE); IPC主号:
专利说明:
113 The invention relates to the field of technology, namely to the bits of l shock-rotational drilling. The purpose of the invention is to accelerate recovery of fines by eliminating the jamming of large pieces of broken rock. Figure 1 shows a chisel for percussion rotary drilling, the simplest of which is .0; figure 2 - the same view from the working end} on fig.Z - chisel, promethodny complicated version; in Fig. 4 - the same view from the side of the worker Topuaj on jc 5 - chisel, the most difficult option; 6 - the same, view from the side of the working thorium. The bit includes a body 1 with a shank 2 and at least one passageway 20 with a duct channel 3, protrusions 4 made at the working end of the body in the radial direction, carbide inserts 5 mounted on one protrusion, located between 25 projections extending from the center to the periphery of the bit, there are transverse open channels 6, one of which leads to the purge channel 3, formed on the outer side surface of the housing n 1, longitudinal open channels 7, communicating with the transverse channels 6 and partially crossing the latter. The protrusions 4 are turned relative to the radius against the direction of rotation to-, 5 lots, and the longitudinal channels 7 extend from the working end of the housing J to the shank 2. The protrusions 4 can be made curved and each of them with its bulge is oriented in the direction of rotation of the bit. Partial cutting of the longitudinal channels 7 into the protrusions 4 is also envisaged. In addition, on the outer side surface of the housing 45 between the longitudinal channels 7, a reverse cutting tooth 8 with blades 9 oriented opposite to the working bit end can be made and radial, Q nom direction from the working end of the housing 1 to the shank 2. Chisel works as follows. During the drilling process, impact loads and torque are transmitted to the bit, under the action of which carbide inserts are inserted into the rock and destroy it. Due to the inclination of the protrusions 4 to the radius against the direction rotation of the bit, and especially their curvature of the drill, the fines receive directional movement along the transverse channels 6 to the periphery of the bit and then into the longitudinal channels 7. At the same time, the partial plunging of the latter into the projections 4 ensures particularly quick removal of the drill fines. The reverse cutting tooth 8 during the drilling process crushes the rock moving backwards, which is necessary and useful primarily when removing the bit from the well. The presence of longitudinal open channels 7 and reverse cutting teeth 8 allows for the reduction of so-called propeller wear. As a result of the fact that the drill fines are removed from the bottom in a much larger form without overgrinding, the drilling performance is improved, the energy consumption is reduced and the bit life is increased.
